1 Introduction & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the ct99 platform and all related services ("Services"). By registering on ct99 or using the Services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

The following conditions apply when depositing funds on ct99:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
• Deposits must be made only from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Deposits through third parties are prohibited and any such transactions will be cancelled.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following conditions apply when withdrawing from ct99:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are usually processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if the verification process has not been completed.
• Funds related to a bonus cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements for that bonus have been met.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on ct99 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive an additional ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The following wagering requirements apply to all bonuses:

• A wagering amount of 20 times the bonus received must be completed.
• Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposit.
• For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

The following general terms apply to all promotional offers and bonuses:

• Each bonus offer may be used only once.
• ct99 reserves the right to cancel a bonus and any associated winnings if evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same household or the same device is not permitted.
• ct99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

5 VIP Program & Cashback

ct99's VIP Program has five tiers. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Based on your gaming activity and participation, you can gradually advance to higher tiers. Specific benefits and priority service apply at each tier. Cashback is calculated every week and credited directly to your account.

ct99 reserves the right to modify the terms of the VIP Program. Members will be notified in advance of any changes.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ct99 platform:

• Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Abusing or manipulating the bonus system in any way.
• Using any kind of fraudulent or unauthorized software.
• Operating an account using a third party's funds.
• Operating an account on behalf of or for the use of a minor.
• Harassing or intimidating other members.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Attempting to artificially influence the outcome of bets or games.

7 Limitation of Liability

The ct99 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. ct99 accepts no liability for the following:

• Any loss caused by technical errors, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues.
• Disruptions caused by failure of your internet service provider.
• Loss arising from unauthorized account access (account security is your own responsibility).
